Every treatment is customised to suit your needs and is usually a combination of techniques and products chosen just for you to optimise the outcome of your treatment. I also give you some at home tips so when you leave the wellbeing studio you can continue to feel calm and relaxed between treatments.

what happens?
for your first appointment please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so we can go through your client health form and talk about what you need from your treatment.
Your treatment time will be the full time specified above.
Please also allow 10 minutes to relax after your treatment with a cup of tea before you head back into the real world!
For return visits please arrive 5 mins early so we can chat about what you need from your treatment.
health concerns
When making your booking please advise of any health concerns including allergies, skin conditions & pregnancy, so I can advise on suitable treatments for you.
It is recommended that clients do not drink alcohol before their treatment.
Please note that intoxication or any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of your treatment and payment in full.
how do I pay?
When making your booking I will take your credit card details to secure your booking. You won’t be charged until your appointment.
I accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Amex and eftpos.
Afterpay is also available.
24hr cancellation policy
All appointments will start and finish at the scheduled time.
I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur and you may need to cancel your appointment. As a courtesy I request that you please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge if 24 hours’ notice is given.
If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice the full fee will be payable and is non-refundable.
If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment the full fee will be payable.
