HOW TO USE

Oil Burner: 6 – 12 drops essential oil, depending on size

Ultrasonic diffuser: as per your diffuser instructions

Inhalation: directly from the bottle or place 2-3 drops on a tissue

Massage or Body Oil: 5 drops per 10ml carrier oil

Bath: 2 - 4 drops per full bath, agitate well
