A serene blend to help you unwind. Designed to help sedate your nervous system and promote deep and restful sleep. It is grounding, calming and soothes the mind, body and soul. It relaxes and settles the mind and emotions. It enhances spirituality and inner serenity. And is very balancing and restorative.

Oil Burner: 6 – 12 drops essential oil, depending on size

Ultrasonic diffuser: as per your diffuser instructions

Inhalation: directly from the bottle or place 2-3 drops on a tissue

Massage or Body Oil: 5 drops per 10ml carrier oil

Bath: 2 - 4 drops per full bath, agitate well
